Lenore (Leni)'s Story
I spent most of my life in Ft. Garry but now live in St. Vital. I am retired since 2015 but worked for 17 years as the Executive Director of the MB Runners’ Association. That job was a real labour of love for me! Before this job I had my own business Loveables by Leni. I sewed and manufactured baby products for 9 years and loved doing this too.
I was married to Garth Campbell for over 30 years. He too went to Vincent Massey. He had a massive stroke in 2012 and passed away in 2017.
Many of you may remember my twin brother Brian Pitt. He was a very successful Interior Designer in Calgary but sadly passed away in 1998 from Lymphoma cancer. Losing my twin was the hardest thing I ever went through. I really loved being his twin sister!

a son who lives in West St. Paul, MB, a daughter who lives in Ottawa and a step-son who lives in Vancouver. Between them they have blessed me with 6 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and a great grandson. My family is everything to me!
I am a healthy, happy and contented woman who loves life. I’ve been through some really tough times in my life but my strong faith in God has helped me through those difficult times. When life knocks me down I always get right back up because I know that those times have made me stronger and helped to shape me into the woman I am today.
I have remained friends with many of my school friends and stay in touch with many of them through Facebook. I look forward to seeing my school friends at the Vincent Massey reunion.
